ask for Xiaobaitu and everyone for J1 case number! thanks !!

Dear Xiao Baitu,

for get J1 waiver case number, I already sent the application file to Dept. of state ( in St. louis, MO ) to ask for the case number . almost 3 week, but no response . When I get the return mail with this number ?

some guy said this case number can get form the online , why the official website indicate :"" IMPORTANT: It is not currently possible to "" the data electronically, or to pay any fees online. All documentation and fees must continue to be mailed to the Department of State. ""( reference : https://j1visawaiverrecommendation.state.gov/ )
