For marriage case, they usually approve both 130 and 485 at the same time. What the officer said indicated that your 130 is fine. What is exact message on your 485? Sending marriage case back to the service center is unusual. Online information sometimes is not reliable. However about making an appointment to your local CIS office to get the status of your case.
