xiaobaitu: do you know how DOL 審計有要求外語能力的PERM申請

I am preparing documents for PERM application. My position requires me speak Japanese(conference with Japanese customers).Because Foreign Language is one of the primary audit triggers for DOL, my lawyer wants to make sure if we should add this to my job requirements.So do you know the procedure about this kind of audit? Thanks.
