question on the langugaes on 140 approval notice

Hi, I got I140 approval recently. But I found the following paragraph in the notice "The information ted with the petition shows that the person fro whom you are petitioning is not eligible to file an adjustment of status application at this time." What does this mean? I ted 140 and 485 concurrently last sep. Do you also have the same languge? Thanks.
