my I-140 NIW has been approved this year and I am waiting for the priority date to i-485. Now I would like to EB1A I-140 concurrently with I-485.

In I-140 part4 ( processing information)

6. Has any immigrant visa petition ever been filed by or on behalf of this person?

For this question, Should I answer yes or no?
