Dear all,
I graduated this summer and my company applied a H1 for me. Now I'm going back to China and need to apply a H Visa in Beijing to re-enter US. I tried to fill 156 online but cant't figure out the item 30 "Have you ever been issued a U.S. Visa".
Does the current H1B I hold count as a U.S. Visa? (I received the approval notice when I was in States)
Or only the F1 I obtained four years ago in Beijing count?
Thanks a lot for your kind advice.
