485 FP code 1應該意味著NC clear了吧

我和LP收到第二次I485 FP的通知，第一次我們都是code 3，這次我是code 3，她是code 1。正巧幾天前我給CIS打電話詢問NC，被告知我的NC pending，她的已過。我想code 1應該是NC clear的標致吧 (EAD FP code 1不算)。
