H1B Visa Stamp!

Hi,

I just got my H1B approval notice for the application of changing my status from TN to H1B, does anyone know I need to apply for H1B visa stamp from some US embassy/consulate? Or I just need to carry the approval notice (I-797) everytime when I am out of US in order to come back?

Appreciate for the help.
