Ours took more than 3 months because of changing address

My friends got theirs in two weeks after DOS sending letter to BCIS. We got the notice finally with an AR11(?) form and a letter which said we didn't report the changing of our address to BCIS, so they sent the notice to our old one and was returned to BCIS.

Acturially we used post office's moving notice to inform both DOS and BCIS. And the copy of DOS's letter was sent to our new address but notice from BCIS was to old one. So you may call BCIS to change to address and just wait.
