There isn't any EB2 485 approval for PD in March 2005.
Did anybody call INS? I called 1800*** and the representative said I will receive a letter in 45 days. What will be in the letter?
My friend suggested that if there is no progress during 485 pending, feel free to make an appointment in Infopass and talk to somebody in local INS office. Ask them why you are stuck in name check and why your 485 hasn't been approved.
