請問小白兔 or other experts: about letter from NSC. Thanks a lot

Here is the letter from NSC--
Service records indicate that on Sep 27, 2005 the I-485 application referenced above were receipted at NSC. Our records also indicate that on Aug 11, 2006 the applications were assigned to an officer for review. Please allow a minimum of 30 days for officer review.
This completes all action by the NSC on this inquiry.

What does this mean? Does this mean my case will be aprroved soon? Anyone else has silimar experience? Thanks a lot.
