Need Help - immigrate to Canada

I received 2nd letter from Canadian immigration office dated 9/25 on 10/4. The only required documentation is the FBI report. I ted the finger prints to FBI on 10/18 (Received by FBI). However, it needs 12-14 weeks to process, and it passes the deadline of 12/25, which is 90days from the stamped date on 2nd letter. What should I do?
