I have filed my H1 extention this month( My old one will expire in this April), but don't know when it will be approved. My parents will visit us this June. My lawyer told us that we can just use my I485 receipt as the evidence of our status for my parenet to get B2 visa. I don't know if it's true. Can Someone has some experience to share?
