for my parents at www.worldtravelcenter.com For one person ages 50-59yr, deductable $250, maximum coverage $100,000, price is $164/month. You can choose different deductable and coverage though. The older the person is, the more expensive. A lot limitation for people of 70yr or so...
One thing you need to be aware is that such travel insurance does not cover preexisting diseases or diseases derived from them. But it's still a good thing to buy it just in case. You know an ambulance ride in US could be $2000...
I didn't buy it until my parents got visa. Not sure if this helps with visa interview, guess it depends on your parents' ages.
