I got lots of useful information from this website. Although it took so long, it was finally approved! I just want to share my case with you:

My background:

CS Ph.D from a soso US school
7 english publications, all first author.
2 chinese publications, all first author
about 10 independent citations.
reviewd lots of conference papers and Journal papers. Got two letters from a conference chair and Journal editor showing my review for them.
6 reference letters, 4 of them are independent letters.
no awards, no patents.
working in a big company. prepared by company lawyer.
