Help! Q: Where should I write an inquiry to?

Hello,

I would like to write an inquiry about the pending I485 in order to get a written response. I called once last month but didn't get any detailed information. The question is where to write to, the process center or national service center? If it is the latter, what is the mailing address. Thanks in advance.
