請教：父母在美國欠債，再次入關的問題

我爸在上次臨走前一個星期，突然得了急病，被送到急診室，後來又入院觀察了幾天，後來醫生確診沒問題了，如期回國。現在他的賬單陸續到了，很大的一筆。想請問xdjm們，他們是一年多次往返，想過幾個月再過來，如果到時我沒把這一大筆錢還上，他們入關的時候會不會被遣返？
