CIS will request a copy of tran to determine whether the courses of study are related to the degree. For example, if the LC requires BA or BS in computer science and your diploma only indicates BA/BS without specifying the field of concentration. A tran helps.
I am referring to US degree(s) only.

For foreign degree regardless what, you should the diploma, transript, and acdemic evaluation.
