Urgent advice needed: EB2 second fingerprint

Got letter from CISC to request 2nd fingerprint. I'm EB2 with I140 approved last July. Had 1st fingerprint last August.

Need to know:
- how long fingerprint will expire? My 1st print merely dates back a little more than one yr ago.
- will notice of 2nd fingerprint usually suggest the approval of I485 coming near?

Have been waiting for I485 too long and very frustrated 'cuz my career change delayed again and again due to no green card.
