Here is my case:
PD=07/2002
140+485 ted 07/18/2005
EB2
FP code 3 for family 3/10/06.
emailed to USCIS( california) 9/13/06 answer=NC pending.

10-20-06, issued code 1 for myself only( applicant)

Can you tell me what is going on?
