回複：很著急的問H4延期的問題，要急哭了

1. Send copy is OK. If you send the original, CIS will keep it. A new I-94 will come with the approval notice.
2. If your hu*****and's H1 is pending, use C and include a copy of your hu*****and's H1 receipt.
3. Your applicatin must arrive CIS before your current H4 I-94 expires. A couple of months early is perferred in case a rejction.
4. Filling fee is $200.
