I-131補充文件後是否要重新再等三個月?

我的I-131receipt date 是8/23,其間收到移民局關於補充文件的通知,它們於10/19日收到我的補充文件,以下是回複:

Application Type: I131, APPLICATION FOR USCIS TRAVEL DOCUMENT

Current Status:

On October 19, 2006, we received your response to our request for evidence or information. However because preliminary processing was complete, the remaining processing time will be less than the maximum stated in this message. You will receive a written decision on this case. You can use our processing dates to estimate when this case will be done. Follow the the link below for current processing dates.

請問它是指從10/19日開始再等三個月還是按照原來的排期從8/23起三個月內批呢? 多謝了!!!
