EAD快過期了,已申請了延期, 但是新的EAD卡還沒收到,請問在舊EAD過期後而新EAD批準前這段時間持RECEIPT能不能合法工作??? 這段時間申請EAD大概多長時間能批?
You can't work legally without new EAD, even you have receipt. This is why renew an EAD need 3 months
