Please be advised that I would like to have **, my wife, come to the United States to join me while I am working here.

I have been working for *** company since MM YYYY as an ***. AAA, a company engaging in *** business in Dallas, Texas, has sponsored my H1b working visa.

I really miss her and would like her back to join me.

I would great appreciate if the H4 visa could be issued to her so she will be able to join me and our family member will be together.

The following documents are attached for your consideration:

• My H1b approval notice and form I-94 issued by USCIS Texas Center (original)
• Marriage Certificate in Chinese and English
• Letter from Mr. ***, president of AAA company, verifying my legal status as *** since MM YYYY
• Copy of My passport
• Copies of Bank Statement
• Copies of My Pay stub
• Copy of W-2 form in 2004 and 2005
