Letter from CSC after service request

8月底的時候打電話去Service request.今天收到一封CSC的信，內容如下.請大家幫我看看是什麽意思？按理說priority date已經current了。謝謝！

Your case has been reviewed. The Immigrant visas in the new category (E32) are not immediately available from the Department of State. We process each kind of case in the order we receive them. You can use our processing times to estimate when we will make a decision on your case. Due to the variety of this kind of case, please check our website at www.uscis.gov for current processing times.
