Hi, thanks a lot for your reply. I am a tenure track professor with 6 publications in very good journals and conferences in computer science fild. I have reviewed quite a lot articles from unknown inviters, and my articles has been cited over 10 times. I believe that I have good case to be approved. The hardest thing in this case is how to convenice the human resource that even if I was rejected, they lose nothing. Can you give me some advices on this issue? Your helps are highly appreciated!
