Question on H-1B Extension Approved after out of status

Hi,

My first three-year H-1B status was expired on August 31, 2006. But my employer sent out my H-1B extension petition to VSC on September 13, 2006 because of some kind of reason. Then, my petition file was transferred to CSC to process and thus, the recieved date (on the receipt) by USCIS is September 29, 2006 (I used Premium Process). Therefore, I was technically out of status from September 11 to September 29, 2006. Fortunately, USCIS fully approved my H-1B extension petition with effective date on September 1, 2006 and the I-94 card was also issued at the same time. My questions are:

whether I was still considered as out of status for the period of September 11 to September 29. Is there negative effect on my future H-1B transfer, get the visa back to USA if I visit China or my green card application?

Thanks for your comments in advance!
