Xiao Bai Tu, can you help?

Xiao Bai Tu, My H-1B will expire in 2008,(6years already), I haven't gone back China for 6years. I am I485 pending, I-140 approved. Planning to go back this winter, do you think I might not be able to get visa? I have two kids both US citizens.(don't know if it helps at all)
