Does anyone know how to apply for part-time H1?

Recently, I got a part-time job in a non-profit organization. Because my EAD(OPT)expires on Jan 1st, 2007, I need to apply for H1 visa. I heard there is part-time H1 work visa that can be applied. Is that true? Does anyone give me some idea about part-time H1 application because I need to apply for it by myself? Thanks a lot.
