thank u so much for ur info. i am also very troubled by the J-1 waiver thing. but i think my situation might be different from urs. i am crying for suggestions!!! i entered US with J-1 visa. but it had expired long ago. (biggest mistake of my life) i am getting married to an American citizen. i am hoping this will help me to get the waiver somehow. is this possible? if it is, what was ur experience? did u use a lawyer at all? please help me!!! i am freaking out!!!!! thanks a mil.
