485 inquiry, Need help

I have ted I140(NIW) to Texas center in Jan. 2005 and had it approved in May 2005. I ted I485 right after the approval of I140.
1. So the priority date of my case is jan. 2005 and I can start a inquiry since my I-485 applications are more than 60 days out of the published processing date (Apr, 2005), right?

2. Where should my inquiry be sent to? What is the address?
