請教xiaobaitu 和各位大俠 about AP question?

I will leave from U.S. with my current H4 status that was approved in U.S.
My hu*****and will file his 485 along with AP and EAD next month before my trip to China. During my trip in China, If my hu*****and received the AP, Can my hu*****and send me the approved AP by the express mail so that I can return to U.S. with AP? because I heard it is so hard to get a H4 visa in Beijing. I'm afraid that I will be rejected.
