you need file the Tax Return form. If you have paid federal tax. You can ask them send the money back by filing the Tax Return Form. Normally, most people pay too much, so they can get the money back using the Tax Return. Some people may have to pay more if they didn't pay enough.

If you get 1 cent, you are supposed to file the Tax return form.
