請問小白兔：用CPT or EAD?

I am a F1 student and I will gratuate in December in 2007. My hu*****and's 140 approved and we ted our I-485.Right now I got a full time job offer. I don't want to apply my EAD. May I use my CPT or OPT? Must I apply EAD? Which one is better? Thank you for your reply.
