Is it really possible for me to enter a community college

without waiting for the start of a new semester? I checked some website, the new semester begins after Christmas, so if my hu*****and got fired, can I have enough time to apply for F1 as soon as possible. I live in Dallas. I wish it was a mistake in my family's medical insurance. I checked my hu*****and's half month's paycheck(his company pay twice in a month), he is still paying our medicalcare. thanks again.
