My case was 'certified' online on 10/16. When I saw your post, I am also worried about my case as well. From the beginning of application process, there is a mistake in my employer's mailing address, no one found out this error until with the help of Senator of State, he informed us that the mailing address is not correct. You see, until now, my employer and I have not received any 'mail letter' from DBEC, even the 45-day letter. Although my employer has replied back to them to confirm the continuing sponse my application and made correction about mailing address, no response from them at all. Now, my case was 'certified', I really have no idea if the approval letter can be sent to the correct address or not.

I forward your situation to my employer today. I will keep you updated in these days...
