My wife received a 485 RFE states that her two FP was 'unclassifiable'. Therefore, VSC asked for an affidavit supported with local police clerance.

1. Has anyone experienced this situation?

2. Is there a template for the affidavit you can share?

3. Will her NC cleared after this?
