Your should get it LC soon,if DOL web said it is certified, it should be approved. the Certified LC (ETA 750A would send to your lawyer). you and your Boss will get same letter but no ETA750A form.

問題：
1. 我是否應該聽雇主的，先遞交I-140，然後立刻遞交I-485；還是說同時遞交I-140和I-485？哪個更有利的？是不是在I-140批準前提交I-485的申請，就算同步申請？還是必須把I-140和I-485同時郵寄出去，才算同步？

you can file 140/485 together since your PD is already current. try to suggest your employer to file 140/485 together. the earlier the better.

2. 我的H1b明年六月底就到六年了，按照AC21，我是不是還可以延期呢？如果我的I-140在未來幾個月批準的話，好象我就不能延期H1b了，是這樣的嗎？如果是的話，那我還能延期嗎？

you can extend your H1b. if your 140 approved, you can extend your H1b for 3 years.
of course, if you file 485, you also have benefit of EAD.

3. 我太太明年畢業，想請父母來這裏參加畢業典禮，請問到時候她父母申請簽證的時候，問到子女時候在申請Immigrant，他們該怎麽回答呢（假設I-140到時候已經批準了）？
let your wife invite her parents next year in Feb maybe, and find the advisor in international office to write an invitation letter.
just tell truth if she already files 485 or not.

4. 我太太明年五月畢業，我想讓她申請OPT一年，不想立刻讓她申請EAD，怕她因此失去獨立身份，這樣想的對嗎？

I heard the cases in this forum that someone already got OPT even they filed 485. But F1 status is pure-non-immigrant status, which is conflict with immigration status.

but you can let her try apply for OPT.
