I have an approved NIW I-140 and pending I-485. I am in H1B status now. I am planning to go back to China and come back to USA by using AP. I will work for the same employer after I come back from China. Can I still work with my current H1B after using AP? Is my status H1B after using AP? Do I need to use EAD to work after using AP? I have got several answers but I still get confused about it. Thank you very much!
