擔心基於EB1的485被拒，想用AP回國並重新入境，能夠重新count out of stauts 的180天麽？

所有跟帖： 

• 用AP是假釋入境，所以不能消除上次逾期的記錄。除非是申請 -xiaobaitu- ♀ (62 bytes) () 10/17/2006 postreply 20:06:19
