9089 form: PERM

律師一直和我說的是作EB2,但今天收到9089 才發現職位要求(section H.4)是MASTER, which will lead to EB2. But in Section H.8-A is BACHELOR and H.10 is 1YR.,又看到這裏討論說1YR.的隻能歸類到EB3,這可一下子就慢好幾年呢.我恨死這個律師了,也想問問其他EB3 by PERM 到底是不是這樣.萬分感謝!
