Help: what should i do after got green card

Hi buddy,

I just got my green card. When my heart drop to the normal position, I got another info that when you got green card, you need to follow some procedures to update your info in government agency. It is said that there were detail info in uscis.gov. But i cannot find it. Please tell me where i can find those procedures. Thanks a lot!
