我的情況：EB1B, PD 9/28/2005, I140 AD 10/30/2005, FP 2/14/2006, LUD 8/19/2006, NSC
打電話詢問進展情況，今天收到NSC的來信如下，大家幫忙看看什麽意思。

Type of service requested: Case Status – Outside Processing Time

The status of this service request is:

Our records indicate your application is pending in this office. In some instances, we have established separate processing time goals following certain kinds of actions. Therefore, this case is within the normal processing time.

Our records indicate your application is currently awaiting assignment to an Officer. You will be notified as soon as a decision is made.

越看越糊塗呀。是還沒有開始處理我的CASE呢，還是NAME CHECK完了等候判決呢？
