EB3 substitution labor to EB2? Thanks.

Hello,

My Eb2 I -140 got approve with PD 10/2005.

My friend's company has a EB3 labor with PD 08/14/2004. ( the company is small but reliable company). and they can sell the EB3 labor to me and help me to file I-140.

My questions is: once the EB3 substition labor I-140 got approved, may I use its PD which is 08/14/2004 to file EB2 I-485 with my corrent company.
