H4, AP to Wojian, Dr. Jia, Dan

I searched the bbs and can not find the answers. Would you please help us out?

My wife holds H4 and her AP and EAD were approved. Both our I140 and I485 are pending. Here are my questions:
1. Can she apply H4 Visa when she comes back to the U.S.? This will not affect the processing of our I140, and I485, right?
2. If she has some problems to get the H4 visa, Can she use AP? If she uses AP, this will not affect the processing of our I140 and I485, right?
3. Does she need to inform the BCIS when she comes back using AP or H4 visa? What exactly does she need to do at the custom border when she using H4 visa or AP? Is there some difference between them?

Sorry for so many questions. However, I think your input will be helpful for all of us.
