Xiaobaitu, please help! questions for DS-156

I will get a H4 visa in Beijing or Mexico for my trip to China. But I have some questions for DS-156 form, Could you please help with the following questions? Thanks.
- Item 15: Home address:
Q: Do I need to fill my current US address or my parents address in China?

- Item 21: present occupation? And Item 32: Do you intend to work in U.S?
Q: I lost my job, and holding H4 visa right now. I don’t know how to answer?

- Item 26: How long do you intend to stay in the U.S?
Q: I have no idea for the question?

- Item 27: what is the purpose of your trip?
Q: I have no idea for the question?

- Item 30: Have you ever been issued a U.S visa? Where? And additional visa issuances? Where, When?
Q: I got my first visa in Beijing as F2, then I transferred my F2->F1->H1->H4 in U.S. Do I need put all of these in the form?

- Item 36: Has anyone ever filed an immigrate visa petition on your behalf?
Q: My hu*****and have filled his I-140 for the greencard, and have got no news. He might refill a new I-140 with 485 together. I don’t know if I need fill his name for the item 36?

-Item 37: Are any of the following persons in the U.S or Do they have U.S legal permanent residence or U.S citizenship? Mark yes or no and indicate that person’s status in the U.S(i.e., U.S. legal permanent resident, U.S. citizen, visiting, working, studying, etc.)
Q: I should choose working for my hu*****and, but for my son, I have no idea, He was born in U.S. and he is a student on 2nd grade here U.S. He will go China with me together this time. He don’t need get any visa in Beijing for him to return to U.S. because He has a U.S. passport. So Do I need put his name in the item 37 and item 29. (additional visits to the U.S.?)
