Xiaobaito,Radiology and WorthIt

I filed I-140 under two catagories (NIW and EB-1A). But my I-485 was concurrently filed with I-140/NIW.

My questions are:

1. Can I transfer my I-485 to I-140/EB-1A? How to transfer? What should I prepare for this?

2. I recently change my address, how to contact INS to change the address of my cases? Is Ar-11 sufficient?
