I would like to refer you to my attorney, David Zitzkat. As far as I know, he is very efficient with EB1a and NIW cases. He handles the case himself.(Other than that, I don't know.) His office have two other assistants, one for I-140 document preparation and one for I-485 document preparation. they are very nice.
