I１４０的A＃與J１豁免的A＃不一樣怎麽辦？

最近發現律師申請的I１４０收據上的A＃與以前J１豁免時的A＃不一樣。這可咋辦？影響審批嗎？我該如何做？因和律師聯係不上，所以肯請指教。多謝！！！
