有關485 form & 照片

準備給我媽媽申請綠快一個月了, 剛看到file 130的同時還要file 485.
有關485有幾個問題:
1. part 1---address-c/o---媽媽人在國內, 可用我們美國的地址嗎?
2.part 4----申請人簽名--可留空白嗎? (我在prepared form 那已簽字了)
3. 手上沒有白底2X2 照片( 有張媽媽紅底的能湊合用嗎?)
大家都是怎麽弄的? 若申請人在國內都是寄照片過來嗎?
